Return Policy:

If a physical product you receive from us is damaged, you may return it to us unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. We will replace the item if the damage was caused by us or a third party other than yourself as determined solely by The Raptors Group, LLC. Please contact us and we will provide a shipping label for any damaged goods that were received by you.  If you damaged your copies of the written materials and desire new written copies, please contact us for replacement costs.
