Delivery Policy

1. Digital Goods

Upon payment of your membership fee, you will receive an access code to register and decide on your personalized password.  After you have registered  and set up your password, you may enter the membership area, access the manuals, begin assignments, access the stats page, calculators, and members-only webinars and videos immediately.   All materials in the membership area are accessible via links provided for each topic.  If you have any issues accessing digital materials on the site, please reach out to us through the Contact Us page on the site menu.

1. Physical Products

Upon payment of your membership fee, we shall arrange for your printed manuals to be shipped to you at an address you provide. All shipments of materials are subject to product availability. If any materials are unavailable, we will ship you the part that is available. When that rest of the materials become available, we will ship those items to you. The date of delivery of your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the quantity of materials in the shipment. Your materials may be delivered in separate shipments.
